Can I use your loops in any DAW?
Yes! All of our loop kits will work in any DAW that accepts MP3, WAV, and MIDI forms. (FL Studio, Ableton, Cubase, Pro Tools, Reaper and more)
How will I receive my kits after I purchased them?
You'll be provided with a download link right after purchase. In addition, we send you a confirmation email with your download link so you can download it later if you want.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Accepted are all major debit/credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover...). All transactions are made via Stripe & Paypal.
Are your sample packs royalty free?
Yes - all sample packs available at dandaloops.com are royalty free.
What is the refund policy?
All purchases are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms. The reason we cannot provide a refund is that once a digital good has been downloaded, it cannot be revoked.
What are included DI tracks for?
DI tracks are recorded direct outputs straight from the guitar. Its a clean unprocessed signal without amp, cab, or any effects on it. You can reamp it through any guitar amp you want or any effect, or you can use it dry as it is.
